Mark Johnson has had over 25 years of experience in all aspects Information System Technology. Mark is the founder of MedNetwoRx and has been president and CEO since its inception in February of 2001.
Prior to that, Mark was the Chief Information Officer of Physicians Resource Group (PRG), a nationwide Physicians Practice Management company that comprised hundreds of physicians and over 6,000 employees. Before PRG, Mark was a Senior Technical Consultant for Dun and Bradstreet Software, an accounting software company, where he specialize in healthcare information systems nationwide. He was also adjunct professor in Information Technology for Santa Fe College in Gainesville Florida
Mark holds a BS in Business Administration in Computer Science from The University of Florida. Mark has been published in numerous healthcare periodicals and journals and speaks all over the country in various aspects of HIT (Healthcare Information Technology).
Mark has a passion for all kinds of cars (vintage, exotic, anything unique), and has attended the Pebble Beach Concours D’elegance. He and his wife have a passion for cooking, a love of fine food.
Chanda Williams has been working with MedNetwoRx since its inception in February 2001. Prior to MedNetwoRx, Chanda was the Director of Managed Care for American Ophthalmic and the Administrator for Magruder Eye Institute in Orlando, FL. Chanda has a BS in Community health Education from the University of Wisconsin and an MS in Healthcare Administration for the University of Central Florida.
Chanda loves swimming with her children and enjoys family meal time, especially when her husband prepares a great meal!
Brett Chambers is a new addition to the MedNetwoRx family but has been consulting and participating on projects with the company for the past 5 years. Brett brings 15 years of information technology experience as it relates to IT operations, information security, and technical project management. He served in the United States Marine Corps from 2004-2010. Captain Chambers was responsible for communication personnel, inventories, planning, foreign deployments and logistics, acted as liaison during overseas deployments to foreign countries, and provided expertise and accountability in information technology. He holds post-graduate degrees in information technology and information security and at present is working to complete his MBA at the University of Texas at Arlington.
Brett likes to spend time participating with his son’s soccer team and enjoys the outdoors. he is an avid international traveler, and loves cooking and trying new foods with his family.
Kevin Cleveland has been with MedNetwoRx for three years, bringing with him over 20 years of IT experience. Previously at Mainline Information Systems and IBM, Kevin brings deep skills in the use of information technology including virtualization, storage area networking, and matching customer requirements with the right solution.
On the lighter side, Kevin has a need for speed. His hobbies are ice hockey, road biking, high performance driving events and motorcycling. He also loves to have fun with his son and daughter in his off time.
JoAnn started her career with Convex Computer Corporation and serves as a Sr. Financial Consultant. She spent 3 years as Project Manager within the finance division of Memorex Telex Corporation before joining Nokia Telecommunications. JoAnn spent over 15 years with Nokia where she served in multiple management and senior management roles for the company. She served as the CFO of Assa Abloy Hospitality prior to joining MedNetwoRx in 2012. At present JoAnn oversees and manages all financial aspects of MedNetwoRx and is a close advisor to the CEO. JoAnn holds her CPA from the State of Texas and a degree in accounting from the University of Texas at Dallas.
Outside work, JoAnn enjoys visiting her grown children in Louisville, KY and Austin, TX, and playing with her two dogs, Chloe and Gizmo. She also has a passion for wine, making annual trips to Napa, CA.
