Mark Johnson has had over 25 years of experience in all aspects Information System Technology. Mark is the founder of MedNetworx and has been president and CEO since its inception in February of 2001.
Prior to that, Mark was the Chief Information Officer of Physicians Resource Group (PRG), a nationwide Physicians Practice Management company that comprised hundreds of physicians and over 6,000 employees. Before PRG, Mark was a Senior Technical Consultant for Dun and Bradstreet Software, an accounting software company, where he specialize in healthcare information systems nationwide. He was also adjunct professor in Information Technology for Santa Fe College in Gainesville Florida
Mark holds a BS in Business Administration in Computer Science from The University of Florida. Mark has been published in numerous healthcare periodicals and journals and speaks all over the country in various aspects of HIT (Healthcare Information Technology).
Mark has a passion for all kinds of cars (vintage, exotic, anything unique), and has attended the Pebble Beach Concours D’elegance. He and his wife have a passion for cooking, a love of fine food.
