Our practice can’t say enough good things about Mednetworx and their customer support team. They are always there to assist with a friendly, knowledgeable team. A few weeks ago, a member of our team accidentally deleted all of our superbills during month end. I contacted Chanda and she immediately went to work for us. Mark and his team members had our superbills restored by the next morning. They went above and beyond to resolve our issue immediately. This is not a one time occurrence, they are always there to support our practice and we are thankful to work with such great, talented people.
